This cheese won supreme champion cheese at the Royal welsh Show in 2014 and has won a gold award at the British Artisan Cheese Awards in Melton Mowbray in 2016. A mild, creamy cheese it gets stronger with age. The selling window is between 6 and 10 weeks.
